Warm Flow Yoga

Our Warm Flow Yoga classes offer a less vigorous flow between poses but an equal challenge of endurance, flexibility and strength. Flow Yoga allows more time in each pose to truly experience the effects of dynamic alignment and connection to the breath. Improve muscle tone, balance, flexibility, detoxifies, and strengthens while focusing on stretching, breathing and mindful awareness. Flow Yoga practice is interwoven with and music to inspire a balance between physical, energetic, mental, intuitive, and pure bliss states of consciousness.
