NON-MEMBERS: can sign-up for $30 and participate for the week.

PICK YOUR CHALLENGE FOR THE WEEK:

10 – classes in 7 Days   Gold

7  – classes in 7 Days Silver

5 – classes in 7 Days   Bronze

Hot Pilates Challenge   – Class Schedule

(Hot Pilates will be held on the following days and times)

Sun:  12:30p

Mon: 6:00a | 6:30p

Tues: 9:00a  | 4:30p

Wed: 6:00a  | 6:30p

Thurs:  9:00a | 4:30p

Fri:   6:00a | 6:30p

Sat:   8:00a

The 6:30pm Bikram Yoga will not be held on Monday 29th or Wednesday 2nd evening to accommodate the Hot Pilates Challenge.

All other Bikram classes will follow regular schedule

Rules/Helpful Tips: 

  1. Sign up at the front desk; we will write your name on the White Board to help keep you accountable.
  2. SIGNIN  before each class – If you don’t sign in at the front desk we have no way of keeping track.
  3. Keep yourself accountable by checking in on Facebook and telling everyone how you are doing.
  4. Plan your 7 – Day class challenge using the modified schedule for the week.(see above). Also you can go online and sign in ahead of time for classes you plan on attending.

Ten-class challenge requires you to do doubles taking at  least 3 additional classes during the 7 day challenge
